At Q Hotels we are taking hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously, implementing additional measures to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization and health experts.
All members of our teams have received specific instructions and cleaning and hygiene measures have been increased in all properties, with the aim of providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues. The health and safety measures of our hotels are designed to face a wide spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and range from hygiene in hand washing and specifications of cleaning products, to procedures for cleaning and disinfecting rooms and common areas.
Do you have a reservation at one of our hotels with scheduled entry in May?
If your reservation has a flexible cancellation policy, it will automatically be canceled.

Deferment and cancellation policies
For NEW DIRECT RESERVATIONS AT THE HOTEL made after April 1, 2020 and with an arrival date of December 31, 2020, we will allow you to modify them * or cancel them free of charge until 24 hours. before the day of your arrival.
Guests who have made their reservation through an online travel agency or other travel agent are encouraged to contact the reservation provider for information on their policies.
Some exclusions apply. You can exclude periods with special event restrictions or high demand weeks. See each hotel's rate rules for more details.
* All modifications to non-refundable rate reservations made prior to April 1, 2020 (inclusive) are subject to availability and upon payment of the difference with the new rate that applies, if applicable.
