Thank you very much for trusting the TUI Blue Zahara Beach Hotel to enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

To ensure your safety and comfort during your stay, we detail a series of measures that we must all respect:

1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

2. You will find the QR code above the minibar or safe.

3. Please note that drinks are not included in half-board.

4. Room Service 24 hours during high season. Until 11:00 p.m. Mid and low season.

5. Beach towels: Next to Reception you will find some containers to deposit them if you need to change them and our colleagues will give you new towels.

6. If you want to use the Wellness & Beer SPA area, you can make a reservation in advance at 627234284 or 678060644 (the Spa is not included).

7. You will find 2 switches next to the entrance door to your room. Press the RED one for do not disturb and the GREEN one for us to clean your room. These lights are reflected in the hallway for our roommates.

8. Check-out is before 12 noon. Checking out after that time will incur an extra charge on your bill. Ask at reception or dial 9 for the possibility of a late check-out.
