How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website, where you receive a discount if you become a member of the Q Group, or if you prefer, you can call our reservations department or directly to the reception desk to make a reservation.

Is there a pool?

Yes, the hotel has three swimming pools. The main pool is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the infinity pool on the 3rd floor is open from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the heated spa pool is open for an additional fee and requires a reservation.

Can I pay upon arrival or do I have to pay in advance?

Non-refundable reservations must pay the full amount prior to arrival. Flexible reservations must pay the first night as a deposit one week prior to arrival during high season, and two days prior to arrival during low season. The remainder of the reservation is due upon arrival.

Do you have parking? Is it free?

The hotel has an underground car park, which costs €15 per night. Reservations are subject to availability and cannot be made in advance. If you'd like to park your car in the garage, please inform reception upon check-in, and they will provide your room key to open the garage. Free parking is available in the areas surrounding the hotel where there are no yellow lines. This is a safe area.

How does Half Board work?

Half-board includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, excluding dinner drinks.

What documentation do I need to check in?

In Spain, the documentation required for hotel check-in is regulated by law, and proof of identification is required for the person checking into the hotel.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, the restaurant offers room service. If you call reception from your room and dial 9, they will be able to transfer you directly to the restaurant.

Is breakfast included?

It depends on your reservation; if your reservation is for accommodation only, breakfast is not included.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m.

Can I make a reservation for a long stay?

Is there street parking near the hotel?

Yes, you can park for free in any area that doesn't have a yellow line, and it's a very safe area.

Is the spa included in the price?

No, the spa is operated externally, and its use comes at an additional cost.

Do the rooms have a balcony?

All rooms have a balcony or terrace.

Do you offer refundable and non-refundable rates?

Yes, we have flexible and non-refundable rates. The latter are usually cheaper, but you must pay the full amount of your stay at the time of booking and cannot be changed or canceled free of charge. Flexible reservations can be canceled or modified up to one week before arrival during high season, and up to two days before arrival during low season.

Do you have luggage storage?

Yes, the hotel has a luggage storage facility where you can store your luggage while you wait for your room to be ready.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

What does the buffet breakfast include?

In the buffet restaurant, it is not necessary to reserve a table.

No, the hotel does not offer this service.

Can I pay in cash?

As long as your total reservation doesn't exceed €1,000, you can pay in cash.

Do you offer takeout breakfast?

If you are unable to attend the buffet breakfast, you can order a packed picnic, but you must inform reception before 8 p.m. the day before so that the picnic can be arranged.

What type of parking do you have? (covered, uncovered, guarded)

The parking is an underground parking lot.

Do you have a gym or spa?

Yes, the hotel has a small workout room, and it's free. The spa has its own reception desk, where they can provide more information. It's an external company, with variable opening hours and an additional cost.

Is the parking lot close to the hotel entrance?

Yes, the parking lot is located right at the hotel entrance.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

No, we require a credit or debit card as a guarantee to make a reservation.

Is there an option for a double bed or two single beds?

Yes, the hotel has rooms with double or single beds, except for the Junior Suite category, which always have double beds. Bed requests are taken into account, but cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to availability.

Do they have a restaurant at the hotel? Is reservation required?

Yes, the hotel has the Tarik restaurant, open from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We recommend reserving a table if you wish to eat in the restaurant. Our snack bar is also open from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and reservations are not required.

Can I add half board once I'm already staying?

Yes, ask at reception for prices.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 12:00, but late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Please ask at reception in the morning of your departure if a late check-out is possible. They will be able to confirm whether or not it will be possible and the cost.

What are the half-board meal times?

Breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. and dinner is from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Varies by season).

Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Sure, just include the name of the person staying in the comment or create the reservation directly under the name of the person staying.

Are there children's menu options with half board?

We are a hotel recommended for adults, so we do not have a children's option.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

The hotel has a luggage storage area where you can store your luggage until check-in time; simply inform the reception team of your request upon arrival. You can also leave your luggage there until you leave the hotel.

Is it possible to book connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms.

Do children stay free?

We are an adults-only hotel, so additional fees may apply.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

No, smoking is not permitted in the hotel, so we do not have smoking rooms.

Yes, you can add breakfast later.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are not allowed.

Can I request an invoice?

Sure, just let reception know who you want the invoice in and they'll take care of providing it to you.

Is parking free or does it have an additional cost?

Parking has an additional cost of €15 per night.

What is your cancellation policy?

Flexible rate reservations can modify or cancel their reservation free of charge 7 days before arrival during high season, or 2 days before arrival during low season. Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or canceled free of charge at any time.

Can I book half board or full board?

At the Zahara Beach Hotel, you can book with breakfast included or half-board, which includes breakfast and dinner. Full-board is not available.

Can I reserve a parking space in advance?

No, parking cannot be reserved in advance as it is subject to daily availability.

Do the rooms have a minibar/coffee maker/hairdryer?

The rooms have a minibar. The contents are included in the room rate; restocking is available at an additional cost. A hairdryer is included.

Do you have laundry service?

Yes, the hotel offers a laundry service. There is a plastic bag with the prices in your room closet.

Do you have cribs or extra beds?

As this is a hotel recommended for adults, we do not offer cribs or extra beds.

If your reservation is flexible and is still within the cancelable period, you can easily modify it using your booking tracking number through your booking intermediary, either our website or another intermediary such as booking. If you are not within the cancelable period or have a non-refundable reservation, you will need to make a special request through your intermediary.
